Clarify artwork, dimensions, construction, installation and delivery requirements before submitting an RFQ.
What information is required for an accurate custom sign quotation?
Send artwork, target dimensions, quantity, destination, installation environment, mounting notes and required delivery timing. Photos or drawings of the installation surface are useful when mounting or cable access is not yet defined.
Which artwork formats can PridLED review?
Editable AI, EPS, SVG and PDF files are preferred. High-resolution images can be reviewed for an initial quotation, but production artwork may need to be redrawn and approved before fabrication.
Can mounting and electrical details be reviewed before production?
Yes. The drawing review can define studs, rails, raceways, backer panels, cable exits, power-supply access and destination voltage before the order is released.
Can PridLED manufacture one custom sign or prototype?
A one-set custom order or prototype is supported. The approved sample can then become the reference for repeat production or multi-location programs.
How are custom signs prepared for international shipment?
Packing is selected around sign size, face material, projecting parts and loose hardware. Parts are protected, labeled and grouped so local installers can identify letters, wiring references and mounting hardware.
