CAPABILITY FAQ

Questions About Engineering and Production Control

Clarify what can be reviewed and documented before placing a custom order.

Can PridLED work from incomplete artwork or site information?

Yes. Initial artwork, dimensions and site photos can be reviewed to identify missing information. Production begins only after the required construction, mounting and electrical inputs are confirmed.

What production evidence can be provided?

Depending on the order, evidence can include material and fabrication photos, dimensional checks, illumination tests, component labels, packing photos and shipment references.

Can component options be reviewed for destination compliance requirements?

UL-recognized component options, CE documentation and RoHS-compliant material options can be discussed during engineering review. Final documentation must be confirmed for the specific order and destination.

How are repeat orders controlled?

Approved drawings, finish references, component selections, packing methods and project identifiers can be retained as the production reference for later orders.

ENGINEERING REVIEW

Review Your Drawings Before Production

Share your artwork, dimensions, mounting, voltage, materials and destination. We’ll identify open engineering inputs before the project is released to fabrication.
