You can start with incomplete files. Use these answers to decide what to include now.
Can I request a quotation without final production artwork?
Yes. Send the best artwork and dimensions currently available. We will identify whether redrawing, vector conversion or additional site information is required before production.
Can I upload several files together?
Yes. Place AI, EPS, SVG, photos, drawings and related documents in one ZIP archive up to the form upload limit.
What installation information is most useful?
Include the mounting surface, available depth, power access, cable route, destination voltage, site photos and any landlord or local approval constraints.
How are uploaded files used during project review?
Artwork, drawings and site photos are reviewed together with the project notes to identify missing dimensions, construction, mounting, voltage or delivery inputs before quotation.
