CUSTOM LOGO FABRICATION

Custom Logo and Specialty Signs Built Around Brand Artwork

Combine acrylic, metal, lighting, printed graphics and specialty finishes in a drawing-controlled construction.

  • Dimensional, edge-lit and mixed-material logo systems
  • Prototype review for unfamiliar constructions
  • Mounting, wiring and service access included in drawings

CONSTRUCTION

Specialty Construction Requires Clear Interface Decisions

Mixed materials and unusual lighting effects are reviewed against stroke width, structural support, heat, cable routing, face retention and the installation surface before a prototype is produced.

  • Dimensional and illuminated logo combinations
  • Edge-lit acrylic and light-guide details
  • Resin, mirror and layered material options
  • Prototype approval for complex custom constructions

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

Specialty Sign Formats Developed From the Required Effect

The final build is selected around brand detail, viewing distance, depth and installation constraints.

01

Dimensional Logo Signs

Layered metal, acrylic and illumination reproduce brand shapes with controlled depth.

02

Edge-Lit Acrylic Signs

Engraved or routed acrylic guides light through edges and selected graphic details.

03

Mini Acrylic LED Letters

Compact illuminated letters support narrow strokes and close-view interior branding.

04

Infinity Mirror & Resin

Specialty optical and encapsulated lighting effects are developed through prototype review.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS

Where This Sign System Is Commonly Specified

Use the application conditions—not only the product name—to define visibility, finish, mounting and service requirements.

BRAND

Feature Logos

Color, depth, material transitions and light effects are coordinated from supplied artwork.

INTERIOR

Reception & Display Walls

Close-view finish, wall protection and concealed wiring influence the construction.

RETAIL

Experiential Displays

Mixed materials and lighting support campaign, product and immersive brand environments.

PRODUCTION CONTROL

Drawing Review, Fabrication, Testing and Packing

The approved drawing remains the manufacturing reference from material processing through functional review and shipment-ready packing.

Feasibility Review

Check minimum features, material transitions, lighting path, structure and service access.

Prototype & Approval

Build a sample, detail or one-set reference when the construction requires physical confirmation.

Controlled Fabrication

Manufacture against the approved drawing and sample; document assembly and packing.

SPECIFICATION MATRIX

Project Variables Confirmed Before Production

No fixed configuration is assumed. Materials, lighting, mounting, voltage and environmental construction are confirmed against the actual artwork and site requirements.

MaterialCustom / Project Based — Acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, resin, vinyl and project-specific components
LightingCustom / Project Based — Front, halo, edge, internal or specialty optical effects
MountingCustom / Project Based — Studs, stand-offs, panels, concealed frames or project-specific support
VoltageCustom / Project Based — matched to the destination input and selected electrical components
EnvironmentCustom / Project Based — indoor or outdoor exposure, sealing, drainage and service access confirmed before production

PRODUCT FAQ

Questions About Custom Logo & Specialty Signs

Use these answers to prepare drawings and installation information before requesting a quotation.

Can PridLED manufacture a sign that does not fit a standard category?

Yes. Send the visual reference, artwork, size and intended effect. The project will be reviewed for material, lighting, structure, mounting and service feasibility.

When is a physical prototype recommended?

A prototype is useful when light diffusion, material transitions, color, surface finish or an unfamiliar assembly cannot be approved from drawings alone.

Can edge-lit acrylic be engraved with fine graphics?

Yes, within material and process limits. Line width, engraving depth, light entry and viewing distance are reviewed before production.

Can multiple materials be combined in one logo?

Yes. Adhesion, expansion, weight, finish interfaces, wiring and repair access must be considered in the production drawing.
