COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers Before You Prepare an RFQ

Use these answers to identify the files and site information needed for review.

Can I submit an RFQ before every checklist item is complete?

Yes. Submit the information available and identify uncertain items. The review will list the missing inputs required before quotation or production.

Do I need final vector artwork for an initial quotation?

Not always. A clear image and approximate dimensions may support an initial review, but production artwork and dimensions must be confirmed before fabrication.

Can PridLED recommend a mounting method?

Options can be reviewed from site photos, wall material, access and sign construction. Final local installation responsibility remains with the installer and relevant project parties.

Are product specifications fixed?

No. The specification tables are starting points. Final materials, dimensions, components and documentation are confirmed for the actual project.
